I may not be a lawyer, but it seems to me that there are some rather murky ethical violations going on with both sides of this case. While, I'm one that's all for full disclosure, I wouldn't want it at the expense of the life of an innocent party. This case I think will be one of the more interesting ones to watch as it plays out.
